The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. By using this site you agree to be legally bound by these terms, effective immediately, If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not use this website. ORDERING, By placing an order you agree to our terms and conditions as set out on this page, failure to read these terms and conditions is solely down to the customer, every page within this website has a link to the terms and conditions page. CANCELLING AN ORDER, Once printing has begun (usually within 24hrs after your order is placed) Beautiful Canvas cannot cancel an order . PAYMENT, Beautiful Canvas do not offer credit terms and all prints must be paid for when ordered, payment is accepted via PayPal only and no other form of payment is accepted, credit cards can be used via PayPal. POSTCODES We currently deliver to most UK post codes, but if you are unsure please contact us and we will check this for you. DELIVERY, Postage is to the UK mainland only NOT including the Scottish highlands, delivery will be provided by courier (most likely royal mail or Parcelforce), and they will require someone to be present to sign and collect your order. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery. Beautiful Canvas cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused during transportation and delivery of your order. Beautiful Canvas do not have any control over the courier and some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these or other instances, Beautiful Canvas will not be liable for any consequential loss. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it, and we cannot repair or reprint any damaged deliveries that have not been logged with the courier at the point and time of delivery. We also Deliver direct locally within 20 miles of our office address (as the car drives not the crow flys) to help out those who cant be in to take deliveries during the day due to work, school runs etc, etc, we deliver direct on a Tuesday and Saturday evening between 7pm-10pm. LOSS OR DAMAGE Beautiful Canvas shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice. RETURNS, Beautiful Canvas will not accept returns without prior agreement, and will only accept returns due to damaged canvases logged at time of delivery, and informed to the courier driver and reported to Beautiful Canvas within 24hrs. Any other discrepancies must also be reported within 24hrs. You will need to return the canvas to us via a recorded delivery service so it can be assessed. Due to the custom nature of the product we regret we are unable to give refunds. In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or reprinted. On receipt of the returned item Beautiful Canvas will repair or print a new canvas and have that delivered to the same address. All postage costs for the return of any item is at the customers expense. COPYRIGHT, It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any image that they upload or supply for the purpose of a canvas print is copyright free, or that the copyright is owned by the customer. Beautiful Canvas take no responsibility for any breach of copyright caused through printing an image supplied by a customer.

COLOUR MATCHING, Whilst we try our very best to colour match every photo, Beautiful Canvas cannot be held responsible for exact colour matching requirements. Colours may appear differently on your screen than on ours due to different brands and settings of our respective monitors and as such Beautiful Canvas will not accept returns for colour related issues. IMAGES AND  ADJUSTMENT, Beautiful Canvas will not be held responsible for the final outcome of a print if, the image you supply is of inferior quality, or not suitable for the size you have chosen. To fit your photo onto the specified canvas size we may have to crop the original photo. We will do our best to maintain the original image, but we will not be held responsible for cropping out any part of the image necessary to print. Picture wrapping is popular but to "wrap" the image, the photo must be enlarged to cover the edges of the frame. Our frames have a depth of approx 38mm, and sometimes this may lead to an important part of your photo ending up on the side of the canvas . In these circumstances we reserve the right not to picture wrap your image, but will contact you to see if you prefer a white, coloured, blur or mirrored border. PRIVACY POLICY, Beautiful Canvas will never pass on any information given to us, such as name and address or email address, over to any 3rd party (except for product delivery). All personal information will be kept secure and encrypted. We do retain the right to use photos of your canvas as examples on our gallery page. If you do not wish to have your artwork displayed please contact us and we will remove it. COOKIES, Cookie name = _CFDUID, this is used by jotform and couldflare. This cookie is only used on our pages that use jotforms. This cookie is set by Cloudflare security service which is jotforms first layer of security to protect our site from hackers, bots or zombie networks and from DDoS (denial of service attacks), its also used for “captcha sessions”.
